Who runs this website
This website is run by Stone Baby Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16304741). Its registered office is Unit 3b, 1–4 Plantain Place, London SE1 1YN. It is responsible for any personal information collected through this website. For anything about this notice or your information, email farah@stonebabyproductions.com.
What we collect
This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, mailing list or contact form, and it does not set cookies for visitors. The homepage and this page serve their images, fonts and moving image from our own site, with no third-party embeds. Some older parts of the site, such as search results, still use a theme that loads fonts from Google Fonts; when they do, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
Like any website, the server that hosts it records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these records only to keep the site running and secure. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to deal with any work that follows. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
Why we can use it
We rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and in answering the people who contact us.
How long we keep it
Server records are kept only as long as our hosting keeps them for security and troubleshooting. We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Who else handles it
Amazon Web Services (hosting) and Google (email, and fonts on older pages) process this information for us. Both may process it outside the UK, including in the United States, under their own data-protection safeguards. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
